About This Report

Your taste preferences for wine are partly determined by your genes. By understanding these 5 taste characteristics, you will be able to fine tune your sensory abilities and find favorites easily. In addition, you will be able to recognize, categorize, and distinguish wine tastes. You don't have to speak "sommelier" to find the best wine for you when your genes got you covered.

While most of us can taste and experience these five characteristics, the inherent predilection for these tastes varies among individuals. Luckily, there are known genetic markers that measure preference for each of those tastes. Your DNA will let you know exactly what type and characteristic of wine your taste buds prefer. With this information, you will never have to guess your favorites or play Russian roulette with wine ever again.
